ELROY HOLIDAY CRAFT FAIR -- VENDOR INFORMATION

2025 Elroy Holiday Craft Fair

 

Date:  Saturday, November 29, 2025

 

Time of Show: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 

 

Set Up: Located in the ELEMENTARY GYM — More directions will be sent out  once we have specifics on WHERE to unload (new building procedures to be set up still). Doors will open at 7am Saturday morning for set up.  Each vendor has an 8 x 10 foot space.  You supply your own table(s).  One chair will be provided with each space (more upon request).  You must stay set up until 2:00 p.m. 

 

Fees: Entry fee is $30 per space and bring a $10 door prize to give away.  A limited number of spaces with electric outlet access are available ($5 additional charge).  All spaces are assigned in order of payment/registrations.  Your confirmation will be emailed to you upon receiving and the week before you will get your assigned booth number.

Payment can be mailed to EAC, PO Box 52, Elroy, WI 53929, pay by VENMO,  or we can contact you to make a charge card transaction ($1 fee). 

 

Restrictions: Limited to one vendor for any Direct sales (first to pay/register, first allowed)
