2022 Holiday Craft Show & Quilt Show

Weekend following Thanksgiving

Date:  Saturday, November 26, 2022


Time of Show: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. 


Set Up: Doors will open at 7 a.m. Saturday morning for set up.  Each vendor has 

an 8 x 10 foot space.  You supply your own table(s).  One chair will be provided with each space (more upon request).  You must stay set up until 3:00 p.m.


Fees: Entry fee is $30 per space and a $10 door prize.  A limited number of 

spaces with electric outlet access are available ($5 additional charge).  All spaces are assigned in order of payment/registrations.  Your confirmation will be emailed (prefer) or mailed to you with the assigned booth number.

Payment can be mailed to EAC, PO Box 52, Elroy, WI 53929 OR we can contact you to make a charge card transaction ($1 fee).

2022 Elroy Quilt Show Competition Rules

Location:  Elroy Middle School, 1501 Academy Street, Elroy, WI 53929


Entry deadline is Friday, November 18, 2022


Completed form must be accompanied by a photo of the display item for identification and the $3.00 per item entry fee.


The Quilt Show Committee reserves the right to make changes or adjustments to categories or number of entries as necessary and reject items that are not appropriate for display.


All items must:

  1. Be made of fabric.

  2. Fit the definition of quilt—three layers: backing, batting and top held together by quilting or tying, except in the miscellaneous category.

  3. Be in “Show Condition,” clean and free of stains, smoke or other odors, wear, etc. Entries mounted in/under glass or framed will not be accepted.

  4. Not have been previously entered in the Elroy Quilt Show

  5. If you have won a 1st place in the 2018 or 2019 Elroy Quilt Show, you may not compete in that category this year.

  6. Include the name(s) of everyone who has worked on the quilt, including name of person who quilted it.

  7. Be received in an individual transparent plastic bag and folded so that the label appears through the bag. Bags not guaranteed to be returned.


All quilts must have a 4” sewn on rod pocket or hanging sleeve. The top edge of the sleeve must be 85” from the bottom edge of the bed quilts. Wall quilts must have a 4” sleeve sewn on the top back of the quilt. Quilts without sleeves will not be hung.  Make sure your name is on the back of the quilt.



Entries may be dropped off at the Elroy Public Library, 501 Second Main Street, Elroy, WI  53929 during their regular library hours.  Monday though Friday 10:00a.m.—6:00p.m. The library is closed Saturday and Sunday.



Send shipped entries to:  Elroy Public Library, 501 Second Main Street, Elroy, WI  53929. Entries can be received no sooner than November 1 or no later than November 18. Entrant is responsible for shipping and insurance costs to destination as well as the return. If item is to be shipped back to you, you must include a prepaid, self addressed shipping label from the shipper of your choice. Do not send cash.



Entries must be picked up at the Elroy Quilt Show (Elroy Middle School) between 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM on Sunday, November 27, 2022, unless shipping is arranged. All items are at your own risk.
